1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using XER2XLSXGANTT, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use XER2XLSXGANTT for personal and commercial project management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without explicit permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Payment and Credits

XER2XLSXGANTT operates on a point/token-based payment system. Services are purchased using credits (points or tokens) that you acquire in advance. Credits are consumed when you use the service for file conversions. All credit purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. Unused credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

4. User Data and Privacy

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of information by XER2XLSXGANTT ("we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy.

Information We Collect and Retain

In order to provide our services, we collect and retain the following categories of information:

• Account credentials, including username and email address, which are necessary for account creation, authentication, and service delivery
• Encrypted password data, stored using industry-standard cryptographic hashing algorithms. We do not, under any circumstances, store passwords in plain text or reversible format
• Account configuration data, including user preferences, settings, and customization parameters
• Financial and transactional data, including subscription status, billing information, payment history, and related records, where applicable
• View Name: The name you assign to a view when saving it for later access. This is simply a label for your convenience and does not contain any project data.

Information We Do NOT Collect or Retain

Project Files and Project Data: IMPORTANT: We do not collect, store, retain, or maintain any schedule files, project data, or converted output files. All schedule files (including but not limited to XER files, Primavera P6 project files, and any related project data) are processed exclusively in temporary memory on our servers for the sole purpose of format conversion. Such files are processed in real-time during the conversion operation and are permanently deleted immediately upon completion of the conversion process. We do not maintain copies, backups, archives, or any other form of retention of your schedule files, project data, or converted Excel files. No such data is stored in databases, file systems, or any other storage medium.

Your project files are uploaded to our server for conversion processing only. They are processed temporarily during the conversion operation and are immediately deleted from our servers once the conversion is complete. We do not retain, archive, or have access to your project files or their contents after processing.

Financial and Payment Information: We do not store any financial data or payment information. This includes:

• Credit card numbers, debit card numbers, or bank account details
• Card expiration dates, CVV codes, or billing addresses
• Payment transaction details or purchase history beyond what is necessary for account management
• Any other sensitive financial information

All financial transactions and payment processing are handled exclusively through our secure payment provider, Stripe. Stripe is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified service provider, which is the highest level of certification in the payment industry. We do not have access to, store, process, or transmit your payment card details or other sensitive financial information. All payment data flows directly between you and Stripe's secure infrastructure.

Financial Responsibility: We do not bear any responsibility for financial problems, disputes, or issues that may arise between you and Stripe or any other third-party payment processor. Any disputes regarding payments, refunds, chargebacks, or other financial matters must be resolved directly with Stripe or the relevant payment processor. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from payment processing errors, fraud, unauthorized transactions, or any other financial issues.

We do not collect, store, or retain any payment method history or financial information such as credit card numbers, as all payment processing is handled exclusively by our partner Stripe.

Data Security and Protection Measures

We implement and maintain commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your account information. These measures include, without limitation: (a) encryption of data in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols; (b) secure authentication mechanisms, including multi-factor authentication where applicable; (c) regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing; (d) access controls and audit logging; and (e) compliance with applicable data protection standards and regulations.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain account information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Upon such request, we will delete or anonymize your information in accordance with our data retention policies and applicable legal requirements, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain information.

Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: (a) access and receive a copy of your personal information; (b) correct or update inaccurate information; (c) request deletion of your personal information; (d) object to or restrict certain processing activities; (e) data portability, where applicable; and (f) withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. 5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall XER2XLSXGANTT or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
